In particular, managing insider lists in accordance with Article 18 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, also maintaining the managers list and tracking closed periods in accordance with Article 19 MAR are made significantly easier by the Insider Manager.
This includes the maintenance of project-related and permanent insider lists, the briefing of insiders, the maintenance of the managers list and related persons as well as the automatic notification of relevant people at the start and end of closed periods.
As soon as insiders or managers are entered onto or imported into the system, they can be briefed with a simple click. The persons receive the briefing note by email as a personalized PDF file which they then confirm digitally – even when on the move.
The systems offers a constant overview of which people have already confirmed their briefing. Insiders who fail to do this receive automatic reminders.
Yes, it is possible to keep lists in a separate area which can also potentially be linked to insider information at a later date. These can then be easily converted into actual insider lists as soon as insider information is available. The existing briefing and confirmation workflows can also be used for confidential lists.
Simply set the publication dates of your financial reports in Insider Manager. The system then automatically suggests suitable times for sending the announcement at the beginning and end of the closed period. You can also adjust these times as well as the text of the announcement.
At the relevant times the system then automatically sends notifications to all relevant people. You simply define which people are to receive the notifications in advance using a characteristic. You can easily assign the feature “Closed Periods” to existing insiders or managers so that they are also notified at the beginning and end of these periods.
It is easy to customize briefing notes for insiders and managers with Insider Manager. All communication with insiders or managers can be adapted and simplified using email templates and automatic reminders. It is also possible to change the responsible supervisory authority so that communications remain MAR-compliant in all places.
Personal data is kept up to date by the insider themselves, so there is data sovereignty at all times. In addition, EQS Insider Manager provides a data protection notice, which has been carefully drafted by our data protection experts and contains insider rights and information on the data protection officer.
Insider Manager facilitates the handling of data that for data protection reasons should no longer be kept with corresponding notes and workflows.
