  • Experience practical solutions: Learn how to present compliance topics clearly, interestingly, and relevantly.
  • Stand out: Develop a marketing mindset that turns compliance into an inspiring subject.
  • Write emails that get read: With instantly applicable tips and tricks, deliver messages that reach your employees.
  • Turn resistance into buy-in: Discover how smart objection handling can turn a “No” into “I see why this matters.”
  • Communicate whistleblowing systems effectively: Build clarity and trust (in collaboration with EQS Group).

Your compliance communication can do more!
The average employee receives 121 emails per day. And what happens when an email from the compliance department lands in their inbox? Exactly: it gets ignored, postponed, or dismissed as irrelevant.

This is frustrating because you’ve worked hard to keep everyone informed about compliance. Yet, too often, it results in misunderstandings, ignored policies, and incidents that could have been avoided. The compliance department continues to be seen as “killjoy” or “nitpickers.”

But it doesn’t have to be this way!

Dr. Bettina Palazzo curated proven methods from marketing, behavioral science, and communication and developed a toolbox for compliance communication—the “Compliance Influencer” method. With this approach, you can turn compliance in no time into a topic everyone wants to be a part of. Learn how to transform compliance’s image through creative and effective communication—from the “sales prevention team” to a trusted partner.
